Remedial Massage Therapy is a therapeutic massage treatment that helps reduce recovery time from musculoskeletal pain, muscle strain and injuries.

Using specific massage techniques such as deep tissue manipulation, trigger point release therapy, cross-fibre friction techniques.

Aims to address muscle tightness, chronic pain, effectively improves posture by helping to release damaged, knotted, tense muscles.

This helps to improve joint mobility, blood circulation, lymphatic system function, reduce stress and anxiety which can bring overall wellness, relaxation and better quality sleep.

We care for all our clients' comfort during a Remedial Massage Therapy Treatment, so even though the pressure applied during this treatment is usually strong and deep, a "no pain, no gain" approach is not always necessary.

We always believe communication is key from both client and therapist which helps us to tailor the amount of pressure we use at any given time to suit the clients preference and still get the desired result.
