Gua sha is an alternative Chinese therapy that involves gently scraping your skin with a massage tool to help improve circulation.
The treatment involves using a tool to rub the skin in long strokes, applying enough pressure to help break down scar tissue and connective tissue, improving movement in the joints, relieving muscle tension, flushing out toxins, and reducing inflammation.
