Lymphatic Drainage Massage, also known as MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage, is a gentle Massage Treatment that uses specific techniques, light precise pressure and movements to stimulate the Lymphatic System to help the body naturally drain built up lymph fluid out of the body.

 

This Massage Treatment is mainly used for people with Lymphoma or Lymphoedema, however, it is a Massage Treatment for anybody, as it encourages the natural flow of Lymph Fluid throughout the body to help reduce swelling (edema), activate detoxification, improve blood circulation, boost immune system function and reduce fluid retention due to surgery, pregnancy, injury or chronic inflammation.
